How much is delivery?
Delivery is included for all orders in Rancho Mission Viejo and Ladera Ranch. Delivery fees outside of these areas will be based on location.

How long is the rental for?
The rental is for four hours. If you need additional hours, please let us know.

How long is setup and tear down?

Setup and tear down times will vary based on orders. Setup starts at 45 minutes and teardown at 20 minutes.

What are the reusable balloons and arches made of?
The balloons and arches are made of premium non-toxic, phthalate-free, BPA-free PVC vinyl. They are latex free.

How are they set up?
Our team inflates and assembles orders on site.

Are there seams?
Yes, there are visible seams on the products. These are not traditional latex balloons.

Can they be used indoors and outdoors?
Yes, all rentals can be used indoors and outdoors.
 

Where do you set up? 

We can set up on concrete, grass, and indoor/outdoor flooring. We do not setup on dirt or sand.

Do you make custom orders?
Yes! If you’re needing specific colors or designs to match your theme, please reach out to us.

 

Can I add a vinyl sticker? 

No, vinyl stickers cannot be added due to the fluted design of the arches.

Can I attach a garland?

Yes, "Happy Birthday" and other celebratory garlands can be tied to the existing hooks on the back of the arch.

When is payment due?
Reservations are not confirmed until payment is made in full.

What do you do with inventory when you are finished using it?
Inventory we can no longer use is sent back to the manufacturer for recycling.
