The Client is granted use of reusable balloon décor and associated materials provided by Bloom LLC.*

The rental is for the date and time listed in the invoice. Items must be available for pickup by the agreed upon time.*

Rentals are not reserved for your preferred date and time until full payment and rental agreement are completed.*

Bloom will provide setup and pickup services as agreed. Client must ensure access to the location at scheduled times.*

Please treat your rentals with care. Items must be used only as intended. Additions or alterations are not permitted without prior written agreement.*

Client is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft. Replacement or repair costs will be billed separately and must be paid within 5 business days.*

Bloom LLC is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of rental items.*

Bloom will not set up outdoors when winds reach 25 mph. Your setup can be moved indoors if space is available at your venue.*

Orders are nonrefundable. If you need to cancel due to wind or weather, you can reschedule your order within 6 months of the date you booked.*
